The court will consider waiving the required ECF training class if you have received classroom training in a Bankruptcy Court or electronically file in a Bankruptcy Court or District Court. Box 9013, Central Islip, NY 11722-9013. (Note: The Password Application is interactive. Please complete the form on-line; then print the completed form, sign it, and forward it to the court along with the request for waiver and your ECF Transaction Log.) The Transaction Log is not required if you have received classroom training at a Bankruptcy Court. The Transaction Log is located under the ECF Utilities menu option. Please be advised that you will be required to pass a test if your electronic docketing was only at a District Court.
