Electronic Filing of Proofs of Claim
Effective January 3, 2007, the court will allow proofs of claim to be filed electronically. (See relevant sections of the CM/ECF Guide.) If you have a current password, you will automatically be provided this option on January 3, 2007. Those interested in a limited access password should complete the application and forward it as directed.

Proofs of claim in these cases are to be filed with the listed claims agent. They are NOT to be filed with the Court.
Limited Access Filing of Documents by Electronic Means
Administrative Office Approval as a Notice Provider Pursuant to Fed. R. Bankr. P. 2002(g)(4) and 9001(9)
Entities interested in serving as third-party notice providers are required to complete an application, which must then be submitted directly to the Bankruptcy Court Administration Division for review. Click here to access the application form.
